1. Returns
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
- A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Certain types of products (e.g., custom items, sale items, perishable goods) may not be eligible for return. Please check the product description for specific return eligibility.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at customer@swiftskaters.com with your order details. Our support team will provide instructions for returning the product. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether your refund is approved. If approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued in cash at the time of product drop-off/pick-up or as instructed by SwiftSkaters.
Please note that shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same model, please email us at customer@swiftskaters.com.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the promised time frame:

6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:

- Items marked as “Final Sale”
